Creative Industries Pathway
Do you want to explore the fundamental principles and skills in media, art, and design? Have you studied at the high school level overseas and are now ready to take the next step towards a career in the creative industries?
The Creative Industries Pathway introduces you to key principles and skills in media, art, and design. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in an area of particular interest within the creative industries. The aim is to enhance your creative capacity, build your confidence, and develop the skills needed to effectively communicate your ideas. The course includes a creative project, allowing you to refine your ideas and prepare you to progress to an undergraduate programme in the creative industries or media.

Level of study: NQF Level 3

Entry requirements: 12 or 13 years of schooling

Tuition fees: 2 terms: £13,500 3 terms: £16,000

Duration: 2 terms or 3 terms

Start dates: October and January

If you are a recent high school graduate, who would like to study an undergraduate degree in the UK, but you do not fully meet the entry criteria (academic and/or linguistic), this programme is for you.
It is specifically designed to support your transition from high school to the UK higher education system if you are an international student who:
- Needs to improve your English language and academic skills in the context of the UK higher education system
- Prefers to adapt to the British culture in an academic context before starting an undergraduate degree.

The International Advice team
First and foremost, you will find The International Advice team within the University’s Student Hub. They’re there to support you throughout your studies and to help you get the most out of student life.
They can provide information, guidance and advice on a variety of issues including visas and immigration, life in the UK, as well as employment and careers. They are also available to help you if you have any questions prior to arriving in the UK.
