Storing Captions & Content

Everything you need to know about our Content Calendar.

The Content Calendar is stored on the Marketing, Services and Brand overarching doc called 202223 MSB Plan V1 . Any posts we’re planning to go out need to be on this document, and we always need to have a few months of content planned in advance, leaving dates free for requests, courses launches, announcements, etc.

1. On each box, input the title of your social post (match this to your trello card) and include mini-series, UGC or reel if it's one of these. If the post is only going out specific platforms, specify this.

2. Our spreadhseet is colour coded by brand, black is for NUL, Navy is for UU and Teal is for us.

Storing Captions and Content

All content is to be stored correctly within the Social folder on Sharepoint/Onedrive. Please do not leave things stored locally on your device, as others will not be able to access these.

1. Store imagery or videos socials posts in ‘Social Posts’

2. Select the correct sub-folder for your content, such as REELs, QA Higher Education or NUL, etc.

3. If you’re working with more than 1 photo, or with something you’ve designed, create a new folder with the title of the post and the month and year.

4. Inside your new folder, store the photoshop/premier pro/after effects, etc file, any assets used within the creation of the piece, and the final exported pieces for social media

Ensure your name your final exported pieces with the title of the social media post, including the month and year it was posted. If you ever re-post an image or reel, duplicate the photo/video and save it with the title of the post, new month, and year so we can easily track when we’ve re-used imagery.
