Everything you need to know about our Content Calendar.

The Content Calendar is stored on the Marketing, Services and Brand overarching doc called 202223 MSB Plan V1 . Any posts we’re planning to go out need to be on this document, and we always need to have a few months of content planned in advance, leaving dates free for last minute posts such as news items (the king’s coronation for example), course launches, events, etc.
1. Head to the social media tab
2. Insert the title of your social media piece on the date and add REEL if it’s a REEL.
3. Type any events, long form campaigns or upcoming notes of dates in the column to the right of the month.
4. Make sure to have QAHE’s content in the first boxes, UULB second and NUL third. Ensure you’re using the below colouring system.
Colour coding system for the MSB Plan.

2. Pale yellow cell – This content is being worked on, or content is being created for this date by Amy Clements
3. Pale green cell – This content is being worked on, or content is being created for this date by Jordan Belfort.
4. White cell with bold black text- The caption has been written for the social piece, but it either waiting for content to be created or approved.
5. QAHE blue with bold black text – Social post has been fully approved for QAHE and is scheduled.
6. UULB blue with bold white text – Social post has been fully approved for UULB and is scheduled.

Storing Captions and Content

It’s important for us to correctly store everything we work on, and post to social media. This makes re-purposing and re-posting a lot easier.
Alongside storing the final approved captions on our Trello cards, once a post has been approved and scheduled on our social channels, it needs to be stored on AirTable.
1. Click on the date the content has gone live
2. As the title, type PARTNER – Title of social post
3. Include ‘done’ as it’s already scheduled.
4. Include the caption in the description.
5. Include either a link to the asset or attach the asset to the tab.
Repeat for each post per partner
All content is to be stored correctly within the Social folder on Sharepoint/Onedrive. Please do not leave things stored locally on your device, as others will not be able to access these.
1. Store imagery or videos socials posts in ‘Social Posts’
2. Select the correct sub-folder for your content, such as REELs, QA Higher Education or NUL.
3. If you’re working with more than 1 photo, or with something you’ve designed, create a new folder with the title of the post and the month and year.
4. Inside your new folder, store the photoshop/premier pro/after effects, etc file, any assets used within the creation of the piece, and the final exported pieces for social media
Ensure your name your final exported pieces with the title of the social media post, including the month and year it was posted. If you ever re-post an image or reel, duplicate the photo/video and save it with the title of the post, new month, and year so we can easily track when we’ve re-used imagery.
