COMMISSION STRUCTURE AND CLAIMS

The rates of commission payable on recruited students are detailed in your Commission Schedule which has been completed and signed in addition to your Representative Agreement. Commission Schedules are reviewed and updated (where necessary) on an annual basis, following your annual review.

SFE Students (If Applicable):

Commission is typically paid in 3 instalments:

1. The first instalment is paid on the student’s approval for student finance.

2. The second instalment is paid when the student passes their second course liability point, again, based on approvals.

3. The third instalment is only paid when QA Higher Education receives full settlement of tuition fees from SFE.

A statement of any commission due will be sent after each instalment, please ensure you wait for the statement before issuing an invoice’ Invoices should be sent to QAHE.agent@qa.com with your QA Rep copied in.

PG And Self-Funding Students:

Commission is paid after the student enrols, based on cash received by QAHE.
