Q: I will not be able to attend class, who should I contact?

A: Contact the Attendance Team (but remember, your attendance is monitored and must remain at a satisfactory level to avoid being withdrawn).

Q: I have a finance query, who can I speak to?

A: For queries relating to course fees and student finance: the Finance Team hold regular drop-in sessions on-campus Monday – Friday at 11.30 am – 3.30 pm, on-campus in Birmingham and the

Student Hub at 7-15 Rosebery Avenue, London.

The Welfare team can also assist with general advice around finances and has produced a Financial Guide available on-campus and online.
