A: Contact the attendance team (but remember, your attendance is monitored and must remain at a satisfactory level to avoid being withdrawn).
Q: Why have I not received my maintenance money yet, even though it has been approved?
A: Payment dates on your approval paperwork are guidelines and not accurate dates. Your first maintenance payment will be sent to you two to four weeks after the day your application was approved and after you have commenced learning on your programme.
