HELP HUBS

We want all our students to feel confident that they have the help they need, and if they’re not sure where to turn or what's available to them, they can contact their Academic Help Hub and know that there is an expert there to guide them.

WHAT WE OFFER

Academic Help Hubs are currently available to students studying at the University of Roehampton, Middlesex University, Solent University and London Metropolitan University.

DEDICATED AND PERSONAL SUPPORT

Each hub is managed by our academic advisors from a dedicated email address, making it easy for students to get in touch. The Academic Help Hubs also offer online drop ins where students can speak with an advisor.

Our Academic Help Hub Experts are on hand to:

Direct students to other appropriate teams for support
Offer insights on academic progression and opportunities
Offer subject specific or career guidance
Provide personalised tutoring tailored to students’ needs
Respond to any queries students may have about their studies or assist with wellness matters

EXPERT GUIDANCE

Students come to us with a wide range of queries – there really are no silly questions! The support we can offer for academic or personal matters will help to ensure that your time with us as a student goes as smoothly as possible. For students who might need some additional support this can be provided to help them complete their studies.
