SproutSocial
On SproutSocial we schedule content, save drafts, answers messages and comments, conduct social listening, analyse data, create reports to share to the wider team, can see and respond to reviews and create chat bots.
The best way to learn about SproutSocial is to use the in built learning area. You can access this by clicking on the question mark in the bottom right corner of the platform. But, there are a few important things to note.
1- We've negotiated a 12 month contract with them, this will be due for review in February in order to raise the Po, budget and get it approved for FY26.
2- When answering any messages, comments, etc. you will need to label it. This then feeds into the reports we do every month. If the labels are incorrect, then the reporting will be wrong.
3- For all posts, you need to label these as well. Select which content pillar they're under, and then cover a mini-series if they're also under that.
4- For mini-series, make sure to add a new label for the content, and create a report which can then be share via link with relevant stakeholders.
