SOFTWARE AND ACRONYMS

We use many different platforms, and are a lover of acronyms, so here's your handy breakdown of what everything is.

Trello: Trello is our project management software, where we track everything we do. If it's not on Trello, it's doesn't exist!

Teams: This is where we communicate with each other.

SharePoint: This is where we store everything communally, from photos and videos, to spreadsheets, documents, etc. In the social media team we store everything in a communal location to prevent anything from being lost.

SalesForce: This is where we store all of our student data. When we have students apply to study with us, that lead is stored on SalesForce, and captures the entire student journey. We do not have access to this, but have access to a report to see our leads, or you can reach out to the student recruitment marketing team who can share the leads generated through organic social media.

Bynder: This is our online digital asset management system. Here we store all edited contnet such as photos, videos, social media reels, office templates, logos, documents, etc which can be used by both marketing, the wider business and external partners.

Bitly: This is our link shortner so that we can track links, make the visually appealing, and create QR codes.

SproutSocial: This is our social media management tool, where we schedule all our content, review performance, generate reports to send to the team, conduct social listening, can monitor reviews, answer messages and comments, and build chat bots.

Marketing Request Form: This is a microsoft form where people fill out requests to send to the marketing team, and this can come from anyone within the business.

Tracked Links: or UTM's are how we see who is clicking our links and if they turn into a lead to monitor return on investment. This document contains all our UTM's.

Foleon: The social media team doesn't use this often, but this is what we use to create our interactive digital prospectuses and any other landing pages which provide information and don't collate personal data.

Adobe Creative Cloud: This is what we and creative services use to create our assets, primarily using Photoshop, Premier Pro and In design.

CapCut: We don't typically use this, but sometimes we use their sounds or templates, and it's an online video editing software.

InLine: This is what Lauren's team use, and it stores any merch we have created or collateral, and is where recruitment teams can order collateral from.
