Consent is key, and you MUST follow the below process when using content containing students and staff.
- Students MUST sign this consent form BEFORE we use their content. They can scan the QR code or access this link https://bit.ly/44AalYw
- Once students have signed the form, we may use their content for 2 years before their consent expires. If we do not re-gain their consent before the 2 year mark hits, we CANNOT use their content.
- At events, students who are branch campus will have given blanket consent upon joining, and will be advised that photography will be taking place at the event prior. If a student informs us that they'd like not refrain from being photographed/videoed, all staff must be informed and they must not be photographed.
- Content saved in the Socials Video & Photography folder is all dated from when we received it in the folder title. If you do not know all the students in the imagery, DO NOT use the imagery once it reaches the 2 year point.
- For imagery containing staff, staff are aware that we will continue to use their imagery unless they advise us otherwise.
