What Can You Expect From Us?

- A dedicated member of staff who will respond to any queries in a timely and professional manner.

- Regularly updated publicity material including brochures, course information, posters and prospectuses.

- Supply of application forms, guidance on entry qualifications and any other documentation we deem reasonably necessary to enable the efficient counselling, identification and recruitment of applicants.

- Training and guidance to support your recruitment activities, including documentation that needs to be completed for the student enrolment to QAHE and the relevant university partner.

- Provide information concerning fee’s payable, deposits, discounts and methods of payments.

What We Expect From You?

- To conduct yourself with integrity, professionally and ethically in a manner that will reflect positively and promote the image of QAHE and its university partners as reliable trustworthy providers of high quality education and training.

- Identification and engagement of credible and genuine applicants and learners that are suitable to courses and programmes offered by QAHE and its university partners.

- Counselling of applicants to ensure they are making clear and informed choices on their future studies and act in the best interest of the student, QAHE and their university partners, at all time.

- Submission of fully complete, accurate and genuine applications, including ensuring the potential student is able to communicate in English as required by QAHE and the relevant university partner.

- Not to engage in any activity likely to damage QA Higher Education’s or our partners’ reputations nor to engage in any activity likely to damage the academic or professional reputation of any university or other entity associated with the course.

- Work together with QA Higher Education to ensure that advice is given in a professional and accurate manner.

Representative Compliance


QAHE’s Agency Management team oversees all of agent compliance. The role is to strengthen the relationships between QAHE and its approved representatives and to mitigate any risk to QAHE and its University Partners. The Agency Management Team holds the responsibility for, but not limited to:

- Ensuring adherence to the Agent Compliance Framework

- Assessment of representative (agent) applications

- Management of representative contracts (approval, issuance, cancellation, suspension);

- Record keeping (issues, breaches, cancellations etc.)

- Complaints

- Monitoring through KPI’s

- Assessment of student transfers
