INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION PROGRAMME
The International Foundation Programme at Southampton Solent University is designed specifically to support you in the transition from an overseas high school education, to undergraduate study in the UK. Alongside language development units, you will also build your confidence and independence, developing your study skills.
The inclusion of subject-specific pathways prepare you for your chosen subject area, enabling you to familiarise yourself with some of the theories and terminology that you can expect to encounter at undergraduate level.

Entry requirements: 12 or 13 years of schooling
Tuition fees: 2 term: £12,500 3 term: £15,000
Duration: 2 terms or 3 terms

The Student Hub serves as a central space for accessing comprehensive support services during your university journey. It is your primary resource for information and assistance regarding your course, including inquiries about your timetable, options, assessments, and extenuating circumstances.
The International Advice Team
First and foremost, you will find The International Advice team within the University’s Student Hub. They’re there to support you throughout your studies and to help you get the most out of student life.
They can provide information, guidance and advice on a variety of issues including visas and immigration, life in the UK, as well as employment and careers. They are also available to help you if you have any questions prior to arriving in the UK.
