Within the building our new library and classrooms will be equipped with modern technology, providing a better learning experience for all.
As you enter the building, you'll be greeted by a breakout area. The perfect space for taking a break between classes or connecting with fellow students.
It also includes:
- A kitchen for your quick bites
- Vending machines to satisfy those cravings
- A dining area to enjoy your meals
- Multi-faith room

STUDENT SUPPORT
If you need with something, we’re here to help. Whether that’s financially, emotionally or academically. When you walk into the building, you can ask for support ask at the Student Services desk. There, someone will point you towards the right student support service for you.
ACCOMMODATION
Find the perfect place to live with the help of our Accommodation Service. With several different types of accommodation available, it’s important to select the right one.

STUDENT WELFARE
Doing well at university doesn’t just depend on your academic ability, but your wellbeing too. If you’re healthy and happy, you’re more likely to success. So, if you’re struggling with something, remember the best thing to do is talk about it. We’re here to help!
We have a dedicated Welfare Team, Mental Health Practitioner and Counselling Service in place to support you.

THE ACE TEAM
Your tutors teach you WHAT to study, but the ACE team teaches you HOW to study. The academic community of excellence team is here to help you with:

· navigating your virtual learning environments
· accessing online resources
· analysing data with Excel
· computing skills

LIBRARY SERVICES
At the library, you can study, borrow textbooks, laptops, get help from librarians and more! All our students have access to QAHE libraries and the library of your partner university.
Our librarians can help you with research planning, selecting relevant sources and accessing them.

STUDENT FUTURES & CAREERS
The Student Futures and Careers team are here to help you build and develop your CV and work experience. Helping to prepare you for once you’ve finished your degree. From 1-2-1 appointments, CV advise to helping you find work, the careers team is here to help!
On the careers portal, you can access many helpful resources to help you further your career. This includes helpful employer videos, practice psychometric tests and more! You can access the portal here qahecareersonline.careercentre.me
If you’re looking for an internship or placement, the careers team can help with this. They can help you find appropriate work experience to help further your career on both a short-term or part-time basis. Paid work can also be a great way to help fund your time at university. The careers team can help you find paid work to help with living costs, as long as it’s permitted within your visa.
