WHAT IS STUDIO?
Studio is a feature within the Brand Portal that allows you to create marketing materials using approved templates.
These templates are designed by the Marketing team and include the correct logos, fonts and brand elements for QA Higher Education and our university partners. Certain elements are locked to maintain brand consistency, while editable sections allow you to customise the content for your project.

Using Studio, you can quickly create digtial materials such as:
Social media graphics
Digital event posters and flyers
Presentation slides
Digital banners and promotional visuals
GETTING STARTED
Below you'll find some basic information on how to find and navigate Studio:
- Choose a template: Log in to the Brand Portal and open Studio from the top navigation. Browse the available template folders and select the template that best fits your project to create a new design.
- Edit the content: Replace the placeholder text with your own copy. The layout will automatically adjust to fit the content, but ensure your text stays within the available space.
- Update images: Click on the image areas to access the asset library, where you can search or filter for approved images to include in your design.
- Request approval: When your design is complete, select Request Approval. The Marketing team will review the design within 2-3 days, if anything needs to be changed, you'll receive an email. Once you have an approved asset, you can download it.
