Q: How do I access my online class?
A: Click on this link: https://qa-learning.webex.com/ Find the relevant Webex code on your timetable and input the number. The password for every session is Monday
Q: What do I do if I cannot access my online class?

Q: Who should I contact if I have problems accessing Weblearn?

Q: I will not be able to attend class, who should I contact?
A: Contact the attendance team via email qahe.attendance@qa.com (but remember, your attendance is monitored and must remain at a satisfactory level to avoid being withdrawn)
Q: Why have I not received my maintenance money yet even though I have been approved?
A: Payment dates on your approval paperwork are guidelines and not accurate dates. Your first maintenance payment will be sent to you 2-4 weeks after the day your application was approved and where you have commenced learning on your programme.
