Academic life
While adjusting to a new academic system may take time, understanding how courses are structured and what’s expected of you will help you succeed. This section introduces the key elements of studying at a UK university, including assessment methods, class formats and how to access academic support.
Delivery:
All courses are taught at our branch campuses. Our blended approach offers the best of live, online and on-campus learning opportunities.
Blended learning:
Blended learning offers greater opportunities to interact with your tutors and classmates and build friendships, whilst balancing your studies with other commitments.
Starting your programme
The first two weeks of your programme are vital. You will only be fully registered with the University at the end of the first two weeks of class by:
- Attending 100% of your scheduled classes (both live online and face to face) including your induction sessions
- Completing all the tasks set for you both in class and out of class during induction and the first two weeks of teaching
If you cannot attend any of the sessions, please let us know as soon as possible at QAHE.Attendance@qa.com. Non-attendance may result in withdrawal from the programme and will delay you student finance payments.
